1. 1. Visit the Valuation Counter at the Customer Care Centre to obtain application form for exemption of Rates and Taxes ‎‎
2. 2. Proceed to Cashiers for Payment
3. 3. Return to Valuation Counter to collect the Valuation Cards ‎‎
