1. 1. Contact Solid Waste Management office to request for a form. ‎‎
2. 2. Complete the form and return it to Solid Waste Management offices ‎‎
3. 3. The applicant will be invoiced an amount of N$2318.70 (subjected to municipal tariffs) for a two-year period after which the licence must be renewed.‎‎
4. 4. Transportation of Health Care Risks Waste Collection within Windhoek (and outside Windhoek)‎‎
