- 1. Get a quotation from Scientific Services.
- 2. Complete the original Customer Request Form (Document No. FLM9.1A). This form should not be duplicated.
- 3. Collect and deliver your samples as per directives of the Scientific Services division
- 4. Effect the payment
Instructions
Private customers (institutions, government agencies and individual members of the public) can request for their water quality analysis. This service is offered at a price as determined by the Municipal Council of Windhoek, as per Section 30(1)(u) of the Local Authorities Act (Act No. 23 of 1992).
