Plans for the church were completed in 1915 by Franz Hissen but construction was delayed until 1928/29.The Exterior, in size, dignity and charm preserves the balance between a church and a chapel. The church is built close to the ‘Old Location’, today known as Hochland park, at the corner of Hochland road and Jordan street.
