Instructions

City of Windhoek inspectors conduct regular inspections of the dairy farms outside Windhoek to ensure that they conform to the highest standards of milk processing and operate within legislative guidelines regarding the production processes involving the supply of milk and milk products.

All bottling plants within the municipal area are also inspected to ensure that they comply with legislation governing the production of bottled water and water safety before it enters the city limits.
