The City of Windhoek’s Transport Network is the backbone on which the city is founded. The Division of Planning, Design and Traffic Flow Division assumes the critical responsibility of the planning, design, and management of the transport system in Windhoek including effective storm-water management to ensure optimal urban mobility and safe and efficient transport for all modes of transport, including Non-Motorized Transport.
