Instructions

The business proposal must meet and conform with the Special Project Policy CR 292/12/2006 & 110/03/2007. Applicants are required to apply on a SPP specified application form issued through the Economic Development Division under its Section of Research and Information Management (Townhouse, first floor). Currently this service/programme is provided upon enquiry.

 

The SPP makes provision to acquire unserviced municipal land for “unique development”. Business proposals meeting the requirements must be motivated as a unique investment to be considered for approval under section 30(1)(t) of the Local Authorities Act 23 of 1992 by the Ministry Urban and Rural Development.
